AUGUST 24’ ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
‘PANTRY’ BY CAROLINE DOWSETT
We've been working on something special behind the scenes, and we've been dying to share the news.
This August we are launching our Artist in Residence campaign, where creativity meets cravings under the cosy roof of Medlock Canteen.
Our restaurant is now the canvas for some of Manchester’s most talented local artists, who will be making our space their own, with their unique work. As you dig into your Rotisserie Chicken or Turkey Schnitzel, you’ll be surrounded by art, each piece with its own story to tell.
We’ve handed the paintbrush to our first artist, Caroline Dowsett, whose collection ‘Pantry’, is inspired by the seasonal ingredients of Medlock Canteen.
Stop by, eat with your eyes and watch her colourful paintings come to life—with a rhubarb pie in hand. Who knows? You might just find the perfect piece to take home!
